In this interactive class, you’ll learn meal prep and batch cooking so you can create delicious, healthy, and budget-friendly school lunches. Ingredient and prep lists will be provided in advance if you would like to cook along.
You’ll discover how professional chefs plan menus, manage time in the kitchen, and keep food fresh. Plus, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s really like to work as a chef, from the creative process to the fast-paced energy of a professional kitchen.
