Sound Screenings Film and Discussion: Rebecca (1940)
Sound Screenings is an entirely admission-free series programmed and presented by Nate Beeler and Lizzy Palmer on behalf of Scarecrow Video. On the first Thursday of each month, a community of adults of all ages gather to see and discuss remarkable works from across the one-hundred-thirty year history of filmmaking! Drawing from Scarecrow’s vast collection of over 155K discs and videotapes, the erudite hosts of the series lead an informative post-film discussion following each screening.
Coffee, tea and popcorn will be provided. Feel free to bring other snacks, a cushion, or a blanket to make your movie experience more comfortable!
Upcoming films in this series:
October 1: Rebecca (1940)
November 5: Planes, Trains & Automobiles (1987)
December 3: The Man Who Came to Dinner (1941)
