Self-Defense Basics with USTA Martial Arts

Taekwondo master and instructor, KJ Newell, will be leading this basic self-defense lesson at our Lakewood Lockers location. The entire family is welcome to attend.
This program will be outdoors and will require physical movement. Please dress accordingly. Don't forget your water and sunscreen!
Light refreshments provided.
