Event description

Mexican cuisine is built upon the indigenous foodways that developed over thousands of years. It is complex, unique and delicious. It features many ingredients that originated in the Americas; corn, chiles, beans, tomatoes, chocolate and vanilla. We have so many wonderful Mexican cookbooks that we would like to share with you. Join us for a virtual taste tour of Mexican cuisine.

Lead by Karen Achabal, staff member at Langley Library. Karen has previously worked as a chef based out of Seattle and brings this experience to explore cookbooks with you.

Registration is required to receive a reminder email with the Zoom link 24 hours before the event begins. If you register less than 24 hours before the event, your confirmation email will have the Zoom link.
