Mothers' Self Care Circle
Join a circle for maintaining a mother’s resilience and well-being as spring is in full swing!
Holistic strategies such as seasonal nutrition demonstrated through interactive fresh juicing, stress relief exercises, and the opportunity to engage in a supportive discussion circle will be shared.
Presented by Danusia Lucja, local mother and certified nutrition consultant. Little ones welcome to accompany their parent(s).
