Shelter Pet Painting Party with PawsWithCause
Join us to celebrate all shelter pets at this painting party with PawsWithCause. Each participant will paint a portrait based on a real shelter pet to help the animals be seen outside of cages and promote adoption.
All materials are provided, including paints, brushes, and pre-sketched canvases. Take your painting home or leave it to display at the library. All skill levels are welcome!
Kittens will be present to help raise awareness of local shelters. Please be mindful of this if you have allergies.
This program is open to all adults and children age 6 and older. Space and supplies are limited, so please register each person participating.
Children under 6 are welcome to attend and coloring pages will be provided. Registration for children under 6 is not required.
PawsWithCause is a nonprofit with a mission to improve the lives of abandoned animals. They generate public awareness, educate communities and provide financial support to animal rescues and shelters.
