Discover the charm of Camano Island's local farms and attractions, each offering unique experiences that celebrate tradition, innovation, and sustainability at the Camano Homestead Fair.

10:00am: Camano Creamery- meet an adorable calf and learn the art of butter making.

10:30am: Cats Paw Bees- explore the world of honeybees and garden pollinators, get practical advice on starting your own hive and creating a pollinator-friendly garden.

11:00am: Island Harvest Farm - building soil health to support healthy plants.

11:30am: Farm Ashram - simple methods for preserving plant intelligence and life force, some favorite plants to work with, and how they’re grown.

12:00pm: Songbird Soap - teaches the art of crafting beautiful homemade soaps.

10:00am-2:00pm Hidden Creek Draft Horses - these gentle giants will be in the field across from the Marketplace. Learn about their historic and modern roles in agriculture, logging, and more.

Throughout the day, enjoy a lively blend of Bluegrass, Folk, and Americana by the South End String Band.

Additional sessions hosted by WSU Extension:

12:30pm: Cultivate a thriving, bountiful oasis by learning to build your own raised beds.

1:00pm: Transform kitchen scraps into rich, organic compost by building your own wormery.

1:30pm: Revolutionize your cleaning routine with homemade cleaning products.

2:00pm: Create a sustainable water source by learning to build your own rain barrel.

It promises to be a fun-filled, memorable learning experience for all ages.
