Upcycled Art Workshop with WSU Extension
Create beautiful collage art using recycled paper you can find around the house!
Join volunteers from WSU Snohomish County Extension Sustainable Community Stewards to create upcycled art and to learn how to reduce waste in Snohomish County. Participants are encouraged to bring old magazines, newspapers, and other paper materials from home to make their collage art. All other supplies for collaging will be provided.
X-Acto knives are used for the collaging portion, and will have a 13 and up restriction. Children under 13 will be required to use collage scissors or have an adult assisting them.
Registration is suggested but not required to help determine the quantity of supplies needed.
To request a sign language interpreter, complete this online form or contact your local library at least two weeks prior to the library event. Interpreters will be provided based on availability.
