Gardening with Herbs & Edible Flowers

on April 19, 2025, 10:30am to 12:00pm

Event description

Learn how to grow tasty and healthy herbs and edible flowers in your garden. Growing a healthy garden includes having a diversity of plants that help to attract beneficial insects which helps to control garden pests and increase pollination. We will discuss types of herbs and flowers to grow, how to grow them, where to plant them/intercropping basics, and how to use them. This is an introductory class and all are welcome, regardless of gardening experience or space. Many of these herbs and flowers are great to grow on a patio or deck in pots.

Presented by Marni Swart of Growing Roots Together.
