Very simple book. The 6 techniques listed in the book are:
1) living or work in the moment: be fully present
2) be resilient from stress by staying calm (through breathing exercises)
3) manage your energy by not burning unnecessary energy in high intensity emotions, or excessive self-control or and counterproductive thinking
4) do nothing
5) be kind to yourself
6) show compassion to others
