Manic. Confused and as lost as the protagonist, I felt like I was watching in a worried way what was happening rather than being able to gain an understanding.

The concept was interesting and the setting ( Vancouver!) was fun to see developed. However I couldn't get over the dramatic tonal shift that happened half way through the novel that had no apparent pay off at the end.
