Enjoyed it immensely. Quick read and interesting while doing your own training (as long as you are on a much smaller scale).

I loved Once a Runner! It was really inspiring! Cassidy was a good runner, and turned into an Olympic medalist! I loved the part at the end when he raced the fastest miler in the world! I'd recommend it for all runners!

Great book!! Explores the life of a top runner and the dedication or life sacrifices made to achieve success. In the end is it worth it...you decide!!
