I love the Night Huntress series. Even though I read this book out of sequence, I was able to follow the story with no problem. I love the romance between Bones and Cat. No matter what comes there way, they go after it together. Looking forward to the next book.

With the twists and turns, action packed scenes and chapter 32. This book is a greatly amazing second book in the Night Huntress series. Highly recommend, this book will change what you believe is good writing.

This is a good action book with kick-ass Cat never failing to make me laugh. As much as I enjoyed this book I wish Chapter 32's scene didn't include the small part that required immediate soap & water! Excluding that little part would have made a more exciting chapter for me anyway. Loved the scene at the end involving the centuries-old ghoul...that was great!

Chapter 32 , Baby!!!

Jeaniene Frost's Cat & Bones series is some excellent PNR/UF. The BPL should get the whole series not just book 2 and 3.

The second book picks up four years after the first, and there is more action, drama, laughs and sexy scenes than in the previous installment (if that was possible!). Highly recommended!

One foot in the grave had me laughing out loud, cheering for the characters on Cats team and a rew others, wanting to pound on a few vamps as well. This book was an amazing sequal to book 1 "Halfway to the Grave". I have found a new series that I just love. Oh and I love, love, love Bones, everytime he spoke I was smiling like an insane person.

You can run from the grave, but you can’t hide…
Half-vampire Cat Crawfield is now Special Agent Cat Crawfield, working for the government to rid the world of the rogue undead. She’s still using everything Bones, her sexy and dangerous ex, taught her, but when Cat is targeted for assassination, the only man who can help her is the vampire she left behind.
Being around Bones awakens all her emotions, from the adrenaline rush of slaying vamps side by side to the reckless passion that consumed them. But a price on her head – wanted: dead or half-alive – means her survival depends on teaming up with Bones. And no matter how hard Cat tries to keep things professional between them, she’ll find that desire lasts forever … and Bones won’t let her get away again.

One Foot in The Grave was exactly where I wanted to see the storyline go. Once again Jeaniene Frost sucks you straight into the world of Cat and Bones. If I say too much I am afraid I might ruin the book for others. I just have to say, if Halfway to the Grave left you with any feelings of injustice for Cat and/or Bones, One Foot in the Grave will clear all that up and put a smile on your face!
