Conservative talk show host and #1 bestselling author Savage takes on President Obama's socialist agenda, his Chicago-style strong-arm tactics, and his Lenin-like complex, showing how conservatives can save America from Obama's assault on the middle-class.
“Trickle-down’s middle-class massacre: Failure of conservative economics should discredit these bankrupt ideas forever – Supply-side economics hollowed out the middle class. It's time to stop listening to the architects of inequality” . . . by David Madland, . . . It is too bad for the reader that Michael Savage spends most of this book labeling his political opponents and speculating about the future. A lot of the facts in this book are interesting: what the First Lady's entourage is paid, quotes from climate researchers who encourage scare tactics, the rules of engagement for troops in Afghanistan, and several more. Unfortunately, they are presented with no context and only serve as the starting point for a harangue against someone Savage does not like --- mostly President Obama. What is worse, the writing style is tiresome. (Although I disagree with a lot of Rush Limbaugh writes, he is at least clever enough to make his tirades fun to read. Savage is not.) Despite its many shortcomings, "Trickle Up Poverty" does touch upon some important issues facing our country. And, unlike Mr. Savage's radio show, you can skip ahead when you get bored.
Central planning has never worked. It always leads to bankruptcy.
All of the Western worlds leaders for the last 70 years with the exception of 2(guess), have been either socialist lite or, as in Obama's case, full to the hilt socialist.
They all point to the old Soviet Union as their dream ignoring that it was a colossal failure.
