Good points about patient health records and how they could assist healthcare professionals if they were easier to find and use.

The basic premise of this book: comparison to Starbucks, which sells a commodity called coffee, and the author trivializing healthcare by suggesting it be treated like a commodity, when IN POINT OF FACT, that has been the exact problem: the extraordinary rising prices of the private healthcare sector is due to private equity/leveraged buyouts across the healthcare sector, and rampant hedge fund speculation across the healthcare sector - - which would be impossible in a national healthcare system! Do not trust this author!
