Covers most of the basic you need to save your own seed, but I saw no mention anywhere of minimum number of plants to save see from, or avoiding inbreeding depression. If you save seed using just the information from this book, you'll run into trouble. Better choices are Ashworth's Seed to Seed, or Deppe's Breed you Own vegetable Varieties. Or if you just want a quick introduction read the seed saving and starting chapters of Solomon's Gardening When It Counts.
