Add a CommentGood book as is her other book Jam It, Pickle It, Cure it.
A good one for your shelf to make more unconventional kitchen projects.
This book gives GREAT recipes and is written in such a way that you really, seriously feel you CANNOT FAIL! All your lids will "ping," yes they will! Get the "Jam It, etc." book, too.
I do a lot of canning myself, and there is no way I could find the time to make a single recipe in this book. Even my great-grandmothers didn't have time for all the fidgiting around that is required for any of these recipes. However, it is fun to read.
