With unique access to the police units trying to hunt down the gangsters, the film examines the uphill fight to rebuild Haiti in the face of deep-rooted corrption and intimidation.
It also offers intimate portraits of the fearful lives many Haitians are living as the central government and judicial system routinely fail to maintain order.
It is a heart-wrenching political as well as criminal situation.
This documentary gives you an eye-opening understanding what is going on in Haiti.
