Very enjoyable reading of a creative story intricately woven by Wynne-Jones. You get a bit of many emotions: suspense, fear and danger, sadness, empathy, remorse, sweetness, love, humor and a happy ending. I am an adult reader who really likes his stories revealing the trials, tribulations and emotions of young people.

The author did a great job of catching both perspectives

It was really exciting to follow a fiction story through the very real streets of Toronto. The author does a good job of making the 2 separate stories exciting and more so when they come together. The characters may have a bit more awareness of themselves than normal but it is a small nit to pick. Very enjoyable and realistic. Recommended for teen readers.

Unfortunately, overall this book is muddled in its storytelling techniques and character development, cheesy as all get-up, and not worth reading. The language and adult situations prevent me from recommending this book to anyone under 14, but the storyline is much too bland and unrealistic for anyone over 14.

If you must read it, focus on the intricacies of the fake news stories. These were pretty well-developed and interesting, and served the cause of spreading green earth initiatives.

I liked this book a lot, and compared to many of the young adult books I've read this summer, it was original and had its own twists to it. Much of it is farfetched and extreme, but the story is still good. I liked the characters and the transformations that they went through. In some ways, this book is about family, too, and how we find our way home. A little tough to get into it but quickly picks you up.

This book is very interesting because two teenagers that have problems in life run into each other. At first the narrator of the story was a bit confusing, but as you read on I really like how the narrator describes blink and caution. The journey of how the two met and overcome their problems was very fascinating. I would definitely recommend people to read it.

Kinda confusing but good. Some parts were boring. It didn't really get good until they met.

“And so shame is added to her sorrow, but that’s okay. For her, sorrow is so deep, the shame is no more than a hard pebble thrown into a vast emptiness.”
