This book is extremely fascinating, whether you are interested in actually growing the plants or not. A lot of the plants are very common, who knew that dark chocolate (cacao) helped with heart circulation? I am absolutely buying this book! Each plant has a detailed description of its history, leaves/flowers, medicinal purposes, and hazards, along with helpful photos. Five stars!
