Very entertaining, without blushing.

This movie did what was most important: It revolved around the relationship between Hiccup and Toothless. If anyone feared that it might abandon that core relationship in favor of more action, fear not.

The final installment of the How to Train Your Dragon film series is a lovely conclusion to a wonderful coming of age story. I also love that it shows a hero who has a handicap but that is not the central part of the story nor is it his major obstacle to overcome.

It takes a while for this installment to get going, but once the movie gets back to what the other movies were about - the characters, the dragons and the humor - it gets better. This was my least favorite of the three, but it’s still good. The part where Toothless meets his girlfriend on the beach and tries to impress her, is really funny. The “hidden world” scene is very well done and was probably fantastic in the theater. The ending is very fitting for the series. I agree with an earlier comment, this appears to be the last film - and that’s sad.

This movie could have been reduced to about an hour if they cut out the unnecessary 'romantic parts' which really does not add anything to the movie. Overall, it's still an enjoyable movie...just lost patience for some of the unnecessary parts. Definitely a family movie though.

Toothless and the Light Fury are soooooo cute! :D This is the BEST movie out of all the How to Train Your Dragons by a long shot! My favorite part is Snotlout flies in "get a load of me!" Guard: "AAH! MORE DEAMONS!!!" Hiccup: "no thats just a nitwit who forgot to fireproof his butt" they were talking about snooty Snotlout!

this movie is AMAZING! Nice new looks on all of the characters, awesome new animation, and the looks on the light fury are adorable! It is so cute how toothless is in love:) Also the ending scenes I could watch over and over! I am a VERY big fan of How To Train Your Dragon 1, 2, and 3! I think this is a great family movie, and one of my absolute favorites! (but who here agrees the trailer gave out too much?) If you love HTTYD as much as I do, you will leave a like!
Thanks for reading, Dragon Riders!

I happened to see this on pay per view tv. I liked this very much, not as much as the first two, however it continued with an intelligent and thoughtful story following the adventures and dangers of the village of Burke.
I have not read the books, that these films are based upon, however I think they do a great job in coming up with an interesting story of a boy's chief that wanted to be friends with the dragons, rather than hunt them.

Great finish to a great series. Wish there were gonna be more of these movies, because they've got heart, good action, funny characters, and beautiful fun dragons. I'm a really big fan.
