She sure knows her crock pots. A great book so I ordered one for a gift and one for myself.

It's crockpot cooking time! And this new book makes you see that crockpots can go in many directions. The eye-opener for me was learning how to "bake" sweet potatoes and baking potatoes in the crockpot. Where has this been all of my life?!
