I rarely give any book 5-stars, but this one deserves it. What a great concept to introduce to children! A worthwhile routine to start at home and/or school. In a world of rushed experiences and moments, how positive it is to teach youngsters to slow down and enjoy the moment, and to listen and breathe. I also like how the author summarizes the meditation process in 4 steps at the end of the book. The illustrations by Margarita Surnaite are spot-on. Bravo to the author Mariam Gates!

"Sit, breathe, listen, and relax!" This is such a great book that helps to introduce children to mindfulness and meditation through its hands on exercises and delightful illustrations.
