This was recommended to me by a friend who calls it her "bible in the kitchen". It's geared toward busy people, especially busy moms, who want to make several meals at one time and freeze them. The emphasis is on making the meals healthy, but also tasty after being frozen. So far we've tried the Crustless Quiche and the Jambalaya, which were just as good as they claimed. We intend to try several more recipes. We can highly recommend this cookbook.

You definitely need to take a look at this great cookbook with delish recipes that even your picky eaters will like. It has easy to follow step by step instructions with helpful pictures. The recipes make it easy to prepare when you have some time then just freeze, or make and enjoy.
