When Macie O’Sullivan and her cunning mother Aubra arrive in the haven of Witchtown with the focused intention of robbing it, they are met with unforeseen secrets waiting to be uncovered.

A very intriguing read with a unique and individualistic plot that includes many unexpected twists that keep you on the edge of your seat. This book was written with a very effective language that assisted in enhancing and adding to the overall reading experience. You were able to see the growth in each individual character as the story progressed. Along with some foreshadowing that allowed a sort of involvement in the story ( as you were able to form your own predictions), there were also completely unanticipated events that made the story all that more interesting.

Readers who enjoy fantastical elements in a novel as well as the ability to relate and follow the characters on their journeys will be sure to delve deep into “ Witchtown ”

Witch Town is am excellent coming of age story with a delightful level of plot. I couldn't put the book down after picking it up and read through to the very end. Macie is a character that I think many of us youth can relate to. The ongoing struggle of trying to find your place when you've been feeling like you belong nowhere is something I felt personal relation to. Reading how Macie triumphs over the mental wall was safe to say my favourite part of the book. It was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster the more I read about Macie's past. My heart hurt for her. I felt it completed the book though. To say the least it provided everything a young adult book needs.
