Really intriguing setup and story that was a solid all the way through except for the ending. I really enjoyed Louisa's character and all the side characters, but I would definitely appreciate knowing more about them and the boarding house in the sequel. They are still in the introductory state in this book and I would like a more fleshed-out approach to them in the sequel.

I would've given the book 3 stars had it not been so interesting. Roux is definitely on my radar now.
