Anna has recently been dumped by the popular guy over the winter break. After she ditched her friends for the guy, Anna is left alone. As she makes efforts to regain their friendship especially for the guy who never left her side, phones have started to become hacked. This mysterious hacker first targeted the popular ones in a jokingly manner and everything seemed to be good fun. However, these secrets being revealed started creating many problems in Alexandria Prep, and Anna is on the hunt to find out who’s doing it and stop them before it’s too late. I honestly didn’t enjoy the characters since they seemed overly fake and had very stereotypical and common tropes. The part that made it really enjoying was trying to find out who the hacker was. There were many suspects and clues and it was an entertaining puzzle to solve. The overall plot was okay, but the characters were a little lacking. Rating: 3.5/5

Antisocial, written by Jillian Blake, is a thrilling, funny, relatable and relevant book. The whole storyline relates to things and issues that are relevant now. Like teens going to parties and drinking, then committing crimes. Or hackers and personal info leaks. All these problems that are in the book, such as; hackers, suicide, and anxiety all could and do happen in real life. Almost everyone has a phone and a social media account. Imagine if this happened right now, to everyone in the world! That would be scary. While reading this book, I was intrigued at how the characters would deal with this situation. I was also intrigued at how the author manages to incorporate such a real everyday situation and transform it into a problem that would really get people thinking. This book kept me on the edge of my seat and I hope this was as an intriguing book to everyone else, as it was to me. Rating 5/5.

Students' phones are starting to get hacked at Alexandria Prep. All of the students' secrets are getting leaked, couples are breaking up, teachers are resigning. Anna Soler used to be dating the basketball star but was dumped over the Christmas break. She dumped her old friends for the guy. Now she wants to go back to them. She's eventually friends with them again. Anna is antisocial and this is an okay book because Anna is on the hunt for the hacker who is exposing everyone, including her friends. I didn't like the main character because she was a brat and she dumped her friends for a guy who later dumped her. Now she goes running back. The only good thing about the book is the hacker, who makes the book interesting to keep reading.  3/5 stars.
