I found it kind of dull, actually. The writing was too slapstick for me, I'm afraid. But I should have known it would be. Otherwise, interesting idea, just not played out enough, I thought.

It was a really good book that left me in a state of which I was thinking:"When's the next one coming out?". Speaking of which, when IS the next one coming out?...

I have just finished reading this book, and I must say it's probably the best book I've read since the Timetripper series. Dull Boy has a good compelling story and round characters. It's really easy to pick up and read and it's not too long. It's got action from start to finish and will have you scared in some parts. Although it's got some surprising plot twists, it's not a hard story to follow. Out of 10 I would give it a solid 8/10.
