McLean's stories are good but best with time between.

Funniest book I've ever read

This was the first of Stuart's books that I ever read. At the time, it was his most recent. I became hooked! (I loved how every story had a nice, little moral at the end.) Since then, I've seen Stuart's live show, I own every book that he's written and about 5 of his books on CD.

This is a small book and has lots of space and cartoon like images. The stories are classic Stuart Maclean, funny and a little sad, sometimes hilarious. As usual the author''s voice can be heard as you read. I wish there were more stories and I wish they were longer. My favourite was probably the sick dog story. Highly recommended for fans of any of his earlier books or his radio broadcasts.
