The mysterious envelope arrives on Nick Cominsky's desk amid a stack of credit card applications and business-related junk mail. Although his seventy-hour workweek has already eaten into his limited family time, Nick can't pass up the opportunity to see what kind of plot his colleagues have hatched. The normally confident, cynical Nick soon finds himself thrown off-balance, drawn into an intriguing conversation with a baffling man who appears to be more than comfortable discussing everything from world religions to the existence of heaven and hell. And this man who calls himself Jesus also seems to know a disturbing amount about Nick's personal life.

I had my doubts about this books when I started reading it. I loved it. The author related the true gospel of love and holiness of God in a "I want to read more" way. Thank you David Gregory for straying from the real message of God's love and justice. I absolutely identified with the ending. A very good worthwhile read.

This book makes you think about how you would react if such an invitation was given to you. Thought provoking

This was a best seller? They made a movie out of it? While the premise is unique and holds potential, the book itself is unremarkable and more than a little self serving. At best, average. At least at 100 pages, it won't take much time for readers to come to their own conclusions.
