All the while, Birch Good continues to woo Cora and try to show her that while he is solid and dependable, he can sweep her off her feet. ?More than eighty years later, former ?Air Force Captain Haley Morgan has returned home to Heart's Bend after finishing her commitment to military service. After the devastating death of her best friend, Tammy, and discovering the truth about the man she loved, Haley is searching for her place in life. When Haley decides to reopen the romantic but abandoned wedding shop where she and Tammy played and dreamed as children, she begins a journey of courage, mystery, and love. I love this story of flawed, believable characters that are friends, family and true loves. A bit of historical fiction mixed in with present day all set against the backdrop of a wedding shop. I'll definitely be reading more of Rachel Hauck.

Cora and Haley, two women decades apart who have faced disappointment and loss, want to help other women's wedding dreams come true. Follow these two women as they forgive, as their hearts mend and they follow their dreams.

This books stands on its own, but is richer when you read The Wedding Dress and The Wedding Chapel, both by Rachel Hauck, first.
