There are a lot of interesting recipes in this book. But there are slso some poorly-wriiten ones. The worst of these is the "Sun-dried Tomato & Red Onion " recipe. It was hard to determine which mixture went with what action. I have spent a long time trying to visualize how to actually go about making this one. I am still not quite sure I have the mixes and procedures down pat.

Another minor gripe is that for many of the recipes one must reference back to the "Basic Savory Bread Dough" recipe. That I can live with--but not with tomato confusion.
