Create beautiful collage tiles using recycled paper you can find around the house. 

Join volunteers from WSU Extension's office of sustainability to create upcycled art and to learn how to reduce waste in Snohomish County. Participants are encouraged to bring old magazines, newspapers, and other paper materials from home to make their collage tiles.
