Events › Made By Hand: Story Art inspired by "Farmhouse"

Does listening to a story bring it to life in your mind? We will enjoy a book together and use it as a springboard for a fun and creative art project using a variety of mediums. 

This month we will be inspired by Farmhouse by Sophie Blackall.

The author bought a farm and discovered a falling down house filled with scraps and fragments that helped her imagine the families who lived there. We’ll gather our own scraps and fragments to create a diorama. Bring a shoebox sized box if you can.
