In the early 1900s, the city of Seattle was home to six different mandolin orchestras! Today, there is just one. The Seattle Mandolin Orchestra, under the direction of Jeff Brumley, exists to preserve, promote and extend America's mandolin ensemble tradition. Featuring the entire mandolin family of instruments (mandolin, mandola, mandocello and bass), the orchestra's repertoire encompasses baroque, classical, Americana, jazz, folk and holiday traditions. Come and enjoy holiday favorites from around the world.
