Two years ago we were worried about rising housing prices and whether a bubble was about to burst. Now thanks to the pandemic people are drawn to places with Rural Distancing because they can work and learn from home. The trend for smaller inventory and more than enough demand accelerated. In the meantime, there's a shift as some business owners age out and others move in. Now the question is what will be the new normal, or is that possible?
