Join us for the inaugural event of Issues That Matter 2021, "Pandemic Pressures: Supporting Community and Family Mental Health."
The uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone's mental health. Learn if your feelings are normal or if they're a sign to seek help. Panelists will talk about how to identify warning signs in yourself and loved ones, and share information about available resources. Creating healthy connections and finding hope will help us all get through this unprecedented time.
